Sheraton Nashua

Room was very well renovated and clean, definitely a favorite room for me in recent years travel! Hotel has a great restaurant in the meeting area that was reasonably priced however the breakfast for platinum members in the executive lounge was awful other than the coffee machine, if you don’t feel like having a lounge then just close it. Other than that it was a great stay and if working in the area again I’d look forward to staying here.

WOW! We chose The Sheraton Nashua for our 12/2 wedding venue. We were left speechless with gratitude at the level of care and love that the event staff put in to make our dream wedding a reality. They went above and beyond to meet with us multiple times, walk through everything… I mean EVERYTHING with us. We had a rehearsal dinner, reception…AND farewell breakfast. Every event was PERFECTION! The hotel is simply stunning in looks but take a second to scratch the surface and you will find the staff is what makes it truly a beautiful experience for all. Whether you have a small event or a large event they can and WILL deliver exceptional service. We felt like the most important people to them and we are truly thankful for that. The Sheraton Nashua is the perfect central location for an event if you have guests from Massachusetts and NH. I could go on FOREVER about this hotel and their staff but I will leave you with this…if you are on the fence and need a sign to take the leap of faith and commit to a venue THIS IS IT! Your dreams WILL come true with The Sheraton Crew!

The Sheraton was a really great stay. The front desk clerk was super friendly and very kind. I was thanked for being a titanium member which was really nice. The concierge lounge was a wonderful amenity, especially since we got in late and were able to grab some drinks and a snack since it was open 24hrs. The room was very spacious and clean and I was surprised it had a table that was motorized for adjustable height. The reason I only gave the room 4 stars was because of the attention to detail in 2 areas, the door frame was out of alignment and so there was a gap at the top, and oddly the light switch in the bathroom was installed at an angle. Not really big deal stuff but was surprised since the rest of the hotel was maintained at such a high standard. I would definitely stay here again though!

My wife and I had dinner and the breakfast buffet recently at the Tara House Grille in the Sheraton Hotel in Nashua. For dinner, we ordered the jumbo wings, the rib sandwich and meatballs. The servings were plentiful and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet offered coffee, OJ (not concentrate), fresh fruit, pastries and the traditional breakfast fare. Our server, Laura, was personable and very accommodating. The buffet was well worth the $16 per person. We'll definitely be coming back.

Room was large and comfortable. Room service was canceled for one of the days due to staffing issues. The breakfast was standard buffet fare (scrambled eggs, meat, potato, waffles/pancakes, fruit salad) but was decently prepared. Location is not the best if you’re looking for something to do other than shop/eat/drink. Plan ahead for other things nearby if you want to do something other than watch TV in your room. I would expect housekeeping to pay better attention to interior hallways and public access areas. They needed more attention (vacuuming/refuse removal/floor washing).

Rooms are nice size and clean and bed is very comfortable. Parking lot is large so parking was great. Soaps and shampoos smell like a mans cologne (which is fine if you are a man...not so much for women). Bad smell in the room upon check in .Found out it was primer and paint they were using in the room next door. When I asked for a cup of water in the entrance when I returned from a run, I was told I could buy a bottle. Have not stayed in a hotel where they don't have a container of free water for guests to grab a glass of water . Not to mention that is so wasteful using all of that plastic. Asked for late check out and was told it would be $100. The room was not dark at all while sleeping because the door is not in the frame correctly so it lets a lot of the light from the hallway in. Half of the front desk staff was friendly, the other half not so much. Staff at coffee counter was rude. Basically the same breakfast you get at other hotels for free but they put the food in fancier containers and charge $16.

This hotel held my cat hostage because the person that I was staying with didn't pay a pet fee. They literally tried stealing my cat. We even explained to the hotel manager that our cat had leukemia and could not be without our care for the evening. They said they didn't care and that it wasn't their problem. We had to call the police. When the police got there they asked the hotel to please give our cat back because it wasn't worth all of this hassle and frustration for a $100 pet fee. The hotel refused and stuck to their guns making our friend have to drive an hour and a half back to the hotel just to pay the $100 in person and collect our cat. Here's an idea for you, charge the pet fee at check in. Complete scum. The staff at this hotel should be working at the Econolodge.
